Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are for

These terms apply when you book a trial, enrol on a programme, or use this website. By booking you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child being tutored, or that you have their guardian's permission.

2. Trials

A free trial is offered once per child per programme. Trials are subject to availability and are confirmed by our team, normally within one hour during opening times. A trial does not create an obligation to enrol.

3. Sessions

Sessions run at the time and place confirmed in writing. In-centre groups are capped at six children. Online sessions require a reliable connection, a working camera and a quiet space; recordings are not made.

4. Fees and payment

Fees for your chosen programme are confirmed before you enrol. Tuition is booked in blocks and paid in advance. We will never take a payment you have not agreed to.

5. Cancellations and changes

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an individual session so that it can be rearranged. Sessions missed without notice are charged. Our Refund Policy sets out how credits and refunds work.

6. Behaviour and safety

We expect courtesy from children, families and tutors. Repeated disruption that prevents a group learning may result in a place being withdrawn. Safeguarding concerns are always handled under our safeguarding policy.

7. Our responsibility

We will teach with reasonable skill and care, following the UK curriculum. We do not guarantee a particular grade, school place or exam outcome, because progress depends on work done outside sessions too.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version published here applies from the date you book.
