Refund Policy
How credits, cancellations and refunds work if your plans change.
Free trials
Trials are always free. If you decide not to continue, there is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.
Tuition blocks
Tuition is sold in blocks of sessions and paid in advance. If you cancel a block before the first session, you receive a full refund of any amount paid for sessions not yet taken.
Cancelling individual sessions
- 24 hours or more before the session — the session is rearranged or credited to your account.
- Less than 24 hours, or a missed session — the session is charged, because the tutor and group place were reserved for your child.
Sessions we cancel
If we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you receive a full credit or a refund of that session, whichever you prefer.
If tuition is not right
Tell us within the first three sessions of a block. If we cannot put it right — with a different tutor, group or programme — we will refund the remaining unscheduled sessions.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days of agreement. Credits stay on your account for 12 months.
Financial support places
Funded and part-funded places follow the same cancellation rules. Please tell us as early as possible if circumstances change, so the place can be offered to another family.
