Commitment
Diversity and Inclusion
How we make sure every child who walks into one of our centres, or joins online, is welcome.
Our commitment
Dailysharing Tutors exists to help children learn, and children learn best when they feel they belong. We are committed to inclusion across every part of our work: who we tutor, who we employ, how we teach and how we speak to families.
What this means in practice
- We recruit tutors from a wide range of backgrounds and train them to recognise and challenge bias.
- Our learning materials are reviewed so that examples, names and stories reflect the diversity of the UK.
- We make reasonable adjustments for disability, faith, language and additional learning needs.
- We monitor outcomes by group so that gaps in progress are noticed early, not explained away.
