Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we hold it, and the rights you have over your family's data.

Who we are

Dailysharing Tutors provides maths and English tuition to children aged 4–16. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. You can reach us at support@dailysharingtutors.com.

What we collect

  • Booking and account details — parent name, email, phone, and your child's first name and year group.
  • Learning information — session attendance, progress notes and the answers recorded by our smart learning tool.
  • Messages — anything you send us by form, email or the support chat.

Why we hold it

To arrange and deliver tuition, to keep your child safe, to tell you how they are progressing, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your child's data for advertising.

Who we share it with

Tutors delivering your child's sessions, our secure hosting and email providers, and — where the law requires — safeguarding or exam authorities. Every supplier is bound by contract to protect the data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records for 24 months. Tuition and progress records for six years after tuition ends, which is the period our insurers and regulators require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. Email support@dailysharingtutors.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
