Modern Slavery Policy

Our position

Modern slavery has no place in education or in any business we work with. We are committed to making sure it does not exist in our own operations or in our supply chain.

What we do

• Check the right to work of every tutor and member of staff before employment begins.
• Pay at or above the National Living Wage, with transparent pay bands.
• Require our suppliers — cleaning, printing, IT and facilities — to confirm their own anti-slavery position.
• Train our centre managers to recognise the signs of exploitation and report concerns.
