Complaints Procedure
How to raise a concern about tuition, a tutor or a centre — and what happens next.
Step 1 — Talk to your tutor
Most concerns are resolved quickly by talking to the tutor at the end of a session, or by messaging the centre team. Please tell us as soon as something is not right.
Step 2 — Raise it formally
Email support@dailysharingtutors.com with the word complaint in the subject, or call 01223 931193. Include your child's name, the programme and what has happened. We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days.
Step 3 — Investigation
A senior member of the team, independent of the centre involved, will review what happened and respond in writing within ten working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect a reply.
Step 4 — Review
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can ask for the decision to be reviewed by a director. We will respond within a further ten working days.
Safeguarding concerns
Any concern about a child's safety is treated as a safeguarding matter and may be referred to the local authority designated officer, whether or not a complaint has been made.
